We have an immediate need for a talented Human Resources Manager to support our growing global employee base. As part of the corporate operations management team, you will work directly with the Director in leading our Human Resources practice and enabling the growth and success of our employees.  You will be accountable for the development and execution of HR programs, strategies and advice in support of organizational initiatives for our global operations. 
As a Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for:
  • Managing a team of HR professionals to jointly deliver on the key program areas of Human Resources including: employee relations, benefits and compensation, performance management, payroll administration, policy development, HRMS administration, immigration, and learning and development.
  • Promoting a positive human resources practice that aligns with organizational objectives. 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to our business line leaders on a range of issues.
  • Facilitating policy interpretation and application. 
  • Recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures that effectively resolve problems and support continual improvements in our organization that reflect our culture and core values.
To successfully perform the responsibilities of this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Human Resources focus), or a related discipline.
  • Five (5) plus years’ experience in all facets of HR at a managerial level.
  • A proactive approach to Human Resources and a strong work ethic to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong planning, time management, multi-tasking and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership and mentoring a team.
  • A proven track record as a change leader that has achieved consistent and quality outcomes that align with corporate strategy and business results.
  • Proven Human Resources experience and expertise in US employment standards and practices is required.
  • Experience in the professional service industry or a technology company is a definite asset.
